Cancellations and Refunds

 

1.1 Cancellation by Guest

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours before your scheduled Activity date for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel after the specified cancellation window, a cancellation fee of percentage 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
  • No-Show: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full price of the booking.

1.2 Modification of Reservation

Requests to modify a reservation, such as changing dates or number of people, will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your activity time to discuss any changes.

Refund Process

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are granted for eligible cancellations, no-shows, or issues with the accommodation that cannot be resolved (e.g., services not as described). Refunds will not be granted for issues outside of the Bali Sobek control (e.g., personal issues, etc.).

2.2 Refund Method

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method within timeframe10 business days after approval.

Complaints and Disputes

3.1 Complaint Resolution

If you experience any issues during Activity, please inform our  management team immediately so we can address your concerns. We will make every effort to resolve your issue promptly

Special Considerations

4.1 Non-refundable Bookings

Certain bookings, such as discounted or promotional rates, may be marked as “non-refundable.” Please review the terms of the offer before booking. These bookings cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
